This cuvée is made from the estate’s best vines in the foothills of the Corbières on red clay-limestone and limestone soils.
Showing a shiny rustic gold colour, the nose is layered with intense honey and orange zest. The palate is dominated by gingerbread notes, along with dried fruits, mixed nuts, roasted coffee notes and an ultra-velvety finish. Its maturation will continue gradually and last several years.
Serve it chilled and best with a concentrated dark chocolate dessert, sticky toffee pudding or warm gooey brownies topped with ice cream!
