Chateau Des Sarrins is halfway between the foothills of The Alps and The Mediterranean, in a small village called Saint Antonin du Var. In 1995, the Paillard family bought the estate and have been working to produce outstanding wines using their extensive knowledge.
The nose has aromas of minerals, fresh white peaches, and hints of sweet almonds. On the palate, there is a harmonious balance between the bright acidity and round body. A long lasting finish makes this a must drink vermentino!
