Deep ruby with purplish reflections in the glass, this wine opens with a supple and generous bouquet of black cherry and blackcurrant. The palate is full and rounded, carried by velvety tannins that lend both structure and elegance. Notes of red fruits and spice emerge on the finish, accented by a subtle touch of vanilla from ageing. Balanced, approachable, and expressive.
Excellent with blue-veined cheeses, charcuterie, and grilled red meats.
