Tillingham’s DNA is rooted in experimentation, from the varieties of grapes planted to the vessels used and the styles of wine produced over the years.
While the winery continues to draw on a wide range of influences, honouring ancient traditions and incorporating the best scientific and technical knowledge available. The spirit of innovation still shines bright in each bottle, with a new sense of elegance and drinkability incorporated into their wines.
Peachy-pink in the glass, this wine opens with inviting aromas of rose petals, peach, and nectarine. The mousse is foamy, delivering notes of juicy peach, flavours of wild strawberry and rhubarb, wrapping up with a finish of floral elegance and complex apricot undertones.
