Tillingham’s DNA is rooted in experimentation, from the varieties of grapes planted to the vessels used and the styles of wine produced over the years.
While the winery continues to draw on a wide range of influences, honouring ancient traditions and incorporating the best scientific and technical knowledge available. The spirit of innovation still shines bright in each bottle, with a new sense of elegance and drinkability incorporated into their wines.
A bright peachy orange in appearance. The nose has aromas of citrus fruit, white flowers, and delicate spice intertwine, with lychee, earl grey and cardamom. The palate gives way to fleshy stone fruits and intense minerality and acidity to provide the wine freshness. A very versatile wine that can be paired especially well with asian cuisine, especially umami rich foods such as stir fries.
