From the two highest rows in the estate, their exposure to the growing conditions combined with a steep gradient makes tough vines that produce low yields and intense juice. Deep and opaque violet in colour, the nose is all dark fruits. In your mouth, there is an incredible journey of eucalyptus, green pepper, cranberry, blackcurrant and cassis plus touches of cinnamon, violet and green pepper. This is a smooth and polished journey, livened by a gentle acidity and spice in the finish that goes on and leaves you wanting more.
This wine will benefit from at least 30 minutes of breathing (or decanting) to show its best.
