This is Babylonstoren’s non-alcoholic fizz. A great addition to the dinner table for kids, expectant mums or simply the designated drivers. This is effectively Semillon grapes which are picked when ripe, pressed and then carbonated before being sealed to preserve the fizz. Because the grape juice has not been fermented, the sugar has not been eaten by any yeast and therefore it’s naturally sweet along with refreshing acidity.
