The most famous rosé wine in the world? Maybe. The most famous and revered rosé Champagne in the world? Definitely. And in magnum! The close-guarded production secrets of this cuvée go back to the origins of the house of Billecart-Salmon and have been handed down for seven generations.
Pale yet intensely pink in colour, the Billecart-Salmon Brut Rose is pure, fresh and intense on the nose, with lovely raspberry aromas, refreshing citrus zest flavours and amazing definition. On the palate, this is a pure, light, elegant and morishly textured rose with delicate and subtle layers of red summer fruits followed by a fresh finish with a taste of raspberry. Great finesse and a long, well-structured and even juicy finish! This rose champagne is an ideal partner as an aperitif and can also accompany a dish of wild salmon or sushi.
