Domaine Jean-Luc Mouillard was created in 1991 with the interest in sustainable farming and family. Their vineyards (11 hectares) are located in the heart of the Jura region in France. Producing traditional and modern styles of wine to show the best of what the Jura has to offer.
This sparkling wine is produced using Chardonnay grapes and the traditional method. Aromas full of citrus, butter, and pear fill the nose. While, the palate has a round and creamy mousse, with a mouthwatering acidity. A beautiful sparkling wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif or throughout a meal!
