Created with a group of chefs, they use real ingredients to create wine alternatives with floral, saline, tannic and acidic notes to deliver depth and structure like wine, presented in a bold, minimalist style.

NON 9 is a still red wine alternative. Made from Shiraz grape skins sourced from M. Chapoutier’s estate in Victoria. Built on blackberry, plum, beetroot and ancho chilli, this rich blend shows savoury depth and umami complexity. Soft tannins from Shiraz skins and French oak give a gentle grip, while a dry finish and a hint of pine add freshness.
