Domaine de Bellevue is a renowned certified organic and biodynamic producer in the Pays Nantais that is forging a modern path for Muscadet through creative winemaking, fearless experimentation and true passion thanks to Jerome Bretaudeau. Because of his freestyle experimentation with various ageing periods, vessels and grape varieties, almost all his wines are sold as Vin De France. Many have developed cult-like followings abroad and are difficult to secure most years.
This unique blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin brings together the best of both varieties. Chardonnay offers richness and body, while Savagnin adds an inviting nose and a subtle nuttiness. Together, they create a full-bodied, rounded wine that is beautifully balanced with vibrant freshness, striking minerality and a creamy texture on the palate.
We recommend giving it a little time to breathe. It will encourage it to reveal its charming and delicate aromas of pear and white flowers.
