Owners Lorenza Sebasti and Marco Pallanti have been making wines here since the 1970s, around the hamlet of Ama, perched 450-550 metres above sea level. Castello di Ama is known for their commitment to excellence, which they believe begins in the vineyards. This is shown through respect and care for the land, manual processing of the grapes, and very low yields per acre to produce world class wines!
This delicious Rose displays a bright purple pink colour, with intense aromas of red fruit, melon, ripe cherry, cream and wild strawberries. The taste is still fruity and persistent, characterised by continuous mineral returns and extraordinary freshness.
