This Cab Franc is light bodied, well balanced and very herbaceous. It has flavours of cherries, fresh blackberries, redcurrants and strawberry alongside thyme, rosemary and sage leaves. This is fantastically enjoyed with food especially cold meats and roast lamb.
Cabernet Franc is often overlooked as it needs the right soil, climate and surroundings to really show how deep, delicious and perfumed it can be. M&C have achieved this to a top level standard.
