Bruno Paillard Coteaux Champenois is a still white wine produced exclusively with Chardonnay from “Oger”. Compared with other vines in the same cru, these old vines have around 30-50% lower yield, resulting in a more intense and unique expression of the chalk terroir characteristics.
Deep and vibrant gold colour, the 2021 vintage shows rich aromas of orange zest, fresh yuzu, floral, honeyed beeswax and plum. The palate is attacked by bursting ripe fruit, vibrant acidity with a gentle touch of salinity to support the lingering and mouthwatering finish.
This is an extremely small production being produced. As the second vintage of this series, this is a rare bottle made by an iconic Champagne House, with very limited stock available.
