Gazza Ladra is made with 100% organic Fiano grapes planted at a density of 5.500 plants per hectare, trained using the single guyot system. Fiano is famous for its vigour, strength and high acidity which allows the plants to overcome the hot summers in the Murge hills preserving its genetic endowment.

Displaying a bright yellow colour, with a persistent aroma of ripe citrus fruits, lime, white flowers, pineapple, and green mango. A balanced wine with an elegant salinity and mouthwatering acidity on the palate. The intensity of the aromas make this wine unique in the panorama of white wines produced within Apulia.
