Only 1770 bottles were made of this wine as the top expression of the best of Tokaji. Sweet Tokaji is made from leaving the grapes to hang on the vine, collect a good amount of botrytis rot which removes the water and makes the grapes get much sweeter and turn into something that looks like a raisin. The wine is the top sweet wine that Kikelet makes and also the sweetest at the 6 puttonyos level of sweetness.
It is intense and complex with flavours of baked, concentrated pineapple, fresh and dried apricots and baking spices. The wine has an incredible balance of sweetness, fruit and acidity in a wine that gives you a complex, long and layered journey to an extremely long finish.
