Chai Saint Olive is the first urban winemaking wineries in Lyon, producing hand-crafted wines on-site. They exclusively use local grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Viognier, Gamay, and Syrah. The fruits are carefully selected from seven estates located within an 80-kilometer radius of the winery.
Saint Olive Freres Crozes-Hermitage is expressed by powerful aromas of black berries, blackcurrants, a touch of pepper, black olive and spice. The wine has a concentrated note of black fruits on the palate and it is as expressive as the nose. An affordable yet well-made Crozes-Hermitage with a fine and elegant finish!
