Stefan Pratsch focus his work on Austrian’s own Grüner Veltliner and Zweigelt but has also been experimenting with other varieties. Here is his interpretation of Riesling, in a mineral and focused wine that makes the most from the low-yielding terraced Heiligenberg vineyard. The wine has all the wonderful, trademark aromas of lemon curd, ripe pear, and honey, supported by superb minerality. Packed with exotic fruit and citrus flavours, with a fine, tangy grip. The finish is crisp, long and complex.
The perfect pairing companion for sushi, ceviche or light salads.
