Founded by, Aaron Trotman, a serial entrepreneur and foodie on a mission to create the future of drinks, NON is an intricate balancing act of flavour built from the ground up with key notes of floral, tannin, salinity & acidity and a bold, minimalist design. Based in Melbourne, Australia; one of the epicentres of the gastronomic world, NON is a 0.0% re-think of the wine experience.

All of the Non range is made out of verjus (Unripe Juice) from Barossa Valley Semillon grapes, which are then flavoured with a stew of fruit, herbal and sometimes savoury aromatics before bottling.

The NON 5’s flavour profile is made out of Lemon Marmalade that has been infused with Hibiscus tea, and fresh flavour components such as peppermint and lemongrass to give a refreshing palate. Additionally, the drink has also been infused with Hops and Liquorice root to add a slight bitterness and tannic structure to the drink. Lastly, carbonation was added before bottling giving the drink a refreshing effervescence.

This is a lovely refreshing tipple that will be a perfect sharer in picnics and cookouts.
