Domaine Jean-Luc Mouillard was created in 1991 with the interest in sustainable farming and family. Their vineyards (11 hectares) are located in the heart of the Jura region in France. Producing traditional and modern styles of wine to show the best of what the Jura has to offer.
A traditional Jura wine with aromas of almonds and dried fruits. This wine is produced sous voile, or under the veil of yeast that forms across wine in a barrel creating an oxidative style. The palate is round with a balanced acidity that makes this wine incredible for gastronomic’s.
