Howard’s Folly sources fruit from the region of Portalegre, in North-East Alentejo. Cooler temperatures, high altitude sites and mineral soils where old vines have thrived for nearly a century, produce wines of great complexity and freshness.
These are the trademarks of this complex, structured and food-friendly rosé. It has a beautiful nose with layered notes of ripe wild strawberries, cranberries, raspberry jam and pink grapefruit. Mouth-filling and enveloping palate with flavours of red apple, red berries and candied strawberries. Vibrant acidity provides a moreish finish for a wine that is versatile and can easily be paired with food.
