BOOM! Channing Daughters Muscat de Boom is called that due to the big punch of sweet fruits and modern, zippy finish that is rarely found in sweet wines.
Bright amber in colour, it is also a little cloudy due to being unfiltered. The wine has a profound nose of tangerine and marmalade. A little oxidative on the palate, this helps to give deep complexity in the mouth; exotic fruits, Asian pear, spices, marmalade and tangerine again and some delicate caramel. It is extremely long and after a while in the glass has hints of tawny port.
