Mark Haisma is an Aussie who made wine for a long time at the legendary producer, Yarra Yering in Australia. In 2009 he decided to step up and make more serious wines in the capital of Chardonnay & Pinot – Burgundy!
The 2020 vintage bursts with vivid raspberry aromas, lifted by a fresh, perfumed character. On the palate, it shows elegance, energy and structure. There’s a juicy, almost mouthwatering quality to the finish that makes it wonderfully moreish.
A superb example of the Volnay village that impresses with its expressiveness and charm.
