The Vrignaud family has been a beacon of precision and elegance in Chablis for decades, having long championed organic practices. Guillaume, fifth generation at the helm of the estate, decided to create a special range, named after his great-grandfather Georges Deschamps, following a purely natural approach in the cellar.
This delicious Chablis is made from the harvest of a tiny single vineyard in Fourchaume 1er Cru (‘Les Cotes De Fontenay’). The vines have an average age of 30 years old giving the wine depth and concentration Mineral taste, floral and gun flint aromas mingle on the nose while the palate is complex and full–bodied, with citrus and ripe fruits, and a long lasting finish.
