This vintage 2013 is dominated by Pinot Noir and is beautifully combined with the elegance and subtlety of Chardonnay, accented by the signature touch of Meunier.
The wine displays a pale gold colour, enhanced by glinting flecks of soft yellow and a natural light sparkle. On the nose, it reveals intense stone fruit aromas and elegant hints of hazelnuts, butter and lemon cream. The mouthfeel is charming, characterised by delightful tension and flavours reminiscent of blueberries and cherry clafoutis, intensified by the delicate, creamy texture from a slow second fermentation.
The wine has developed its complexity, ultra lingering yet structured finish after spending 10 years in the bottle.
