Very pale lemon colour in the glass, it opens with a bouquet of aromas, including lemon, rose petal, peach, and lychee. The floral nose is complemented by a light, citrusy palate dominated by passion fruit, mango, and ripe, juicy peach, with a hint of lemon pith in the creamy, yoghurt-like finish.

Great with grilled or poached white fish like sole, sea bass, or halibut to bring out its citrus and stone fruit notes.
