Tillingham’s DNA is rooted in experimentation, from the varieties of grapes planted to the vessels used and the styles of wine produced over the years.
While the winery continues to draw on a wide range of influences, honouring ancient traditions and incorporating the best scientific and technical knowledge available. The spirit of innovation still shines bright in each bottle, with a new sense of elegance and drinkability incorporated into their wines.
The wine displays a light green lemon revealing elderflower, lime and fresh gooseberry aromatics on the nose, also reflected on the crisp and dry palate with a mouth-watering linear acidity that lingers. A perfect spring wine, which will be a perfect compliment to Picnics and Vegetable dishes.
