Bruno Paillard Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru is produced exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes from 4 Grand Crus, namely Verzenay, Mailly, Verzy and Bouzy. Only using juice from the first pressing, this champagne was born to showcase a rich and precise expression of Pinot Noir from the northern crus of Champagne.

Showing bright gold colour in the glass. This Blanc de Noir shows lively aromas of rose petals, cherries, pink grapefruit and a touch of sweet spices on the nose. A very precise palate of mouth-watering attack acidity and extra fine bubbles. The long finish of salinity and delicacy of red cherry notes leave you wanting another glass! A vibrant yet elegant example of Blanc de Noir.
