Château de Beaucastel has long been regarded as one of the greatest wineries in France. Their exceptional terroir at the Northern point of Châteauneuf du Pape, exposed to the cooling Mistral wind, which provides such balance. All thirteen grape varieties of the Chateauneuf have been organically grown since the sixties, a pioneer in organic and biodynamic viticulture.
Pale yellow in colour, the 2016 vintage is delicate yet expressive, with aromas of white flowers, honeysuckle, and hints of citrus. On the palate, it’s finely balanced with a touch of saline freshness lifting the generous fruit and floral notes. The texture is smooth and harmonious, leading to a long, elegant finish that lingers beautifully.
