Domaine Camus-Bruchon is one of the finest red wine producers in the Côte de Beaune. Based in the village of Savigny-lès-Beaune, just north of Beaune itself, Camus crafts beautifully balanced, deep, and complex wines that exemplify the essence of great Burgundy.
The 2014 vintage offers a perfumed and impressively pure nose, revealing a dazzling array of aromas, including dark currant, plum, lilac, and subtle spice notes. On the palate, it shows good richness and fine volume, with well-defined, medium-bodied flavours and a smooth, elegant mouthfeel. The finish is balanced, palate-coating, and impressively long.
This wine is drinking beautifully now, but it also has the structure to age gracefully for another 2–3 years.
