Vintage Beaucastel Chateauneuf du Pape 1998

£135.00

Château de Beaucastel has long been regarded as one of the greatest wineries in France. Their exceptional terroir at the Northern point of Châteauneuf du Pape, exposed to the cooling Mistral wind, which provides such balance. All thirteen grape varieties of the Chateauneuf have been organically grown since the sixties, a pioneer in organic and biodynamic viticulture.

The 1998 Beaucastel epitomises classic Châteauneuf-du-Pape craftsmanship. Rich and textured, it offers aromas of dark cherry, plum, spice, and earthy garrigue, leading to a powerful yet polished palate. Harmonious and long-lived, this vintage remains a benchmark of southern Rhône excellence.

An exceptional chance to own a perfectly cellared Beaucastel wine.
