Pale lemon in colour, the Deidesheimer Riesling opens with an elegant bouquet of ripe stone fruit such as nectarine and peach, underpinned by a subtle flinty minerality. The palate unfolds with layers of lemon zest, tropical notes of mango and pineapple, and a gentle spice that leads to a lively, peppery finish.
