Locals call Roberto Ghio a “wine philosopher” — the seventh generation of his family to craft wine in Gavi. His organic-certified vineyards sit in a unique corner of Piedmont, where soils have been shaped by centuries of exchange between inland and coast, and the vines are brushed by Ligurian sea breezes. The result is a Gavi with unmistakable character.

Straw yellow in colour, this Timorasso offers a bouquet with distinctive oxidative hints of flint, a character that develops beautifully with age. On the palate, it is dry and decisive, balancing freshness with solid body and structure. Perfect pairings with cured meats, cheeses, white meats, fish, and root vegetables.
