Tillingham wines’ DNA is rooted in experimentation, from the varieties of grapes planted to the vessels used and the styles of wine produced over the years.
While the winery continues to draw on a wide range of influences, honouring ancient traditions and incorporating the best scientific and technical knowledge available. The spirit of innovation still shines bright in each bottle, with a new sense of elegance and drinkability incorporated into their wines.
Opening with a light, salmon pink colour with English hedgerow flowers, summer fruits, and rose petals on the nose, Fresh acidity with a shimmering fruit character of crunchy cranberry and bunchy characteristics on the palate. A wine for all seasons…but mostly summer.
