Tillingham’s DNA is rooted in experimentation, from the varieties of grapes planted to the vessels used and the styles of wine produced over the years.
While the winery continues to draw on a wide range of influences, honouring ancient traditions and incorporating the best scientific and technical knowledge available. The spirit of innovation still shines bright in each bottle, with a new sense of elegance and drinkability incorporated into their wines.
Due to there being no disgorgement after second fermentation, the wine displays a hazy, pale green gold in appearance. Salty lemon, elderflower and green apple aromas lead on to a zippy palate with slightly creaminess to give the wine additional complexity and texture. This is an amazing aperitif, that will pair perfectly with battered dishes and seafood.
