Saint Olive is the first urban winemaking wineries in Lyon, producing hand-crafted wines on-site. They exclusively use local grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Viognier, Gamay, and Syrah. The fruits are carefully selected from seven estates located within an 80-kilometre radius of the winery.
The Saint Olive ‘Tra-Bulles’ Pet Nat is a natural sparkling wine, vinified, aged and disgorged in Saint Olive’s urban cellar. The wine displays a light pink hue with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is intense with aromas of red cherries fruits, strawberry, melon and citrus fruits. In the mouth the effervescence is well balanced, with a slight creamy texture and wonderful acidity to provide freshness.
