Roger Barnier Champagne Magnum

£65.00

A 150cl magnum of the house cuvee from Roger Barnier, consisting of a traditional blend of the three champagne grapes. The ‘base’ wine is a 2009 vintage, with other older and newer vintages blended in back to 2006.

The wine is a powerful and classic style of champagne. It is balanced, crisp with flavours of apple, flower blossom and a light biscuit note (from ageing in oak). It is matured in the cave (or cellar) for an additional 4 months to ensure extra complexity. It’s richness means it will match many foods and can be drank alongside a meal or nibbles and can last all the way from aperitif to main course.
