50 + year old vines produce a wine which is fresh, fruity and complex. It is a modern and delicious take on white Rioja – a wine more classically known for being oxidised, which this wine is light to medium-bodied and fruity and easily enjoyable.
It is a bright straw in colour and the nose is pronounced and expressive – fruity and a tad tropical, expect to enjoy lychees, white peach, Asian pear, lemon and limes, white flowers. In the mouth, it is silky, moreish and with a gradual and subtle freshness that leaves you wanting another sip.
