We are very proud to have Mas de Daumas Gassac’s wines on our portfolio. Having believed in making wine in what was a farming county many decades ago, their belief in the region paid off with them proving the soil and terroir could make outstanding wine. Now generations on, they are well regarded as the ‘first growth of Languedoc’ with their flagship, complex Estate wines and now a much more affordable everyday range.
Made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Mouvedre, this is a really uplifting fizz full of fine bubbles that sits in their top ‘Estate’ range. It is deliciously fruity, light and crisp, with a smooth texture/mousse and low alcohol. Fresh and fragrant aromas of ripe red berries lead to a clean, dry palate of delicate summer fruits. A delicious alternative to Champagne at a lower price tag – ideal as an aperitif and also great with desserts.
