We are very proud to have Mas de Daumas Gassac’s wines on our portfolio. Having believed in making wine in what was a farming county many decades ago, their belief in the region paid off with them proving the soil and terroir could make outstanding wine. Now generations on, they are well regarded as the ‘first growth of Languedoc’ with their flagship, complex Estate wines and now a much more affordable everyday range.
With a beautiful white gold colour this wine has aromas of white flowers, marzipan and honey crisp apple. Pleasant bubbles wash the palate leaving notes of grapefruit, creamy vanilla, peach, pear skin minerality and lemon zest. The wine is dry and refreshing and a perfect accompaniment for seafood, soft cheeses, picnics, light appetizers, sushi and salads.
