Lieu Dit Sauvignon Blanc is a wine showcasing the expertise of this small project – exceptional grapes and superb winemaking skills from Justin Willet. Tasted blind, you would not expect this to be from America, let alone California.

It is New Zealand-esq in style – cool climate aromas of grassy, gooseberry, green peppers, green melon, hedgerow with a generous herbaceousness.  The palate is taught and zippy with flavours of citrus, lime and apple. A superb example of the quality of wine that Santa Ynez can produce and amazing value for a wine that gives a super long, lingering yet refreshing finish.
