Melon de Bourgogne (or Melon for short) is a white grape grown primarily in the Loire Valley region of France – however, there are some old plantings remaining in North America which are extremely rare. From the famous Bien Nacido vineyards, this is a crisp, mineral-driven wine with captivating textural salinity. Made for those aperitifs, fish dishes and oysters on sunny day.
