A layer of gentle floral notes floats over the core of red berries (redcurrants, wild strawberries) and bramble. Overtones of cocoa and coffee, along with the fine-grained tannins and structure, give it a very classical back palate and finish. Enjoy with roast chicken, homemade lasagne or miso-glazed cod.
