Les Noisetiers is a wine, designed for restaurants and with food pairings in mind, produced from a careful selection of Kistler’s plots accross Sonoma Coast. It is, in Kistler’s words, ‘a study on the Sonoma terroir’ named after the exquisite, distinct nutty smells (noisette is the Fench for hazelnut) this wine is known to develop. It also has a delicious minerality imparted by the coastal influence: a cooling breeze that ultimately drives freshness.
One of America’s top Chardonnays and rightly so – a classic and refined example of bright, delicious Sonoma style.
