A pure thirst-quenching Syrah, throwing its trademark black pepper into the mix. The fruit hails from the renowned Presqui’ile Vineyard, where cuttings from the best Rhône vineyards were planted. The combination of moderate climate and sandy soils produces grapes with unique concentration and freshness.

Holus Bolus Syrah is dark purple with violet, blackberry and black pepper aromas. The palate shows what a superb example of Californian Syrah this is; mouth-filling and layered with tons of black plum, damson and black cherry lined by a spicy elegant edge. 14 months in old oak have given extra softness to this lively and complex wine.
