The Vrignaud family has been a beacon of precision and elegance in Chablis for decades, having long championed organic practices. Guillaume, fifth generation at the helm of the estate, decided to create a special range, named after his great-grandfather Georges Deschamps, following a purely natural approach in the cellar.
His Petit Chablis has all the typicity of the appellation, with a steely backbone balanced by elegant texture. The wine is crisp with delicate notes of honeydew, lemon, honeysuckle, green gooseberries and Granny Smith, topped by white flowers, crispy pear and a touch of freshly cut grass. Refreshing, cool and pure with mouth-cleansing (delicious!) bitterness on the finish.
