The Vrignaud family has been a beacon of precision and elegance in Chablis for decades, having long championed organic practices. Guillaume, fifth generation at the helm of the estate, decided to create a special range, named after his great-grandfather Georges Deschamps, following a purely natural approach in the cellar.
This is a deliciously fragrant Chablis with the characteristic flintiness and mineral backbone the appellation is known and loved for. Juicy, energetic and crisp, this wine has delicate notes of struck match, pink grapefruit, apricot, white peach and pear, offering an aromatic complexity few in Chablis can deliver. Long finish, full of texture and ‘chalky’ grip. A superb example of organic Chablis.
