Showing a deep ruby colour in the glass, the 2015 Double Canyon Vineyard Syrah expresses aromas of rich black fruits, cedar and hints of rose petal. The wine possesses good structure and fine tannins with generous amounts of black and red fruits, accented by vanilla cream, root beer, black tea and spice, leading into a long, juicy finish with lingering notes of mouthwatering red plum. A superb version of top American Syrah with a little age.
