This is Laouge’s fresh and easy-going white Pacherenc, made from the locally grown Manseng grapes. Green grassy aromas alongside lime, peach skin and lemon zest fill the glass, whilst in your mouth, you should expect more citrus flavours, a touch of apricot, baked apples and a touch of beeswax.
A wine that can be easily drunk on its own or that will pair well with lighter seasonal dishes and especially well with Asian food.
