Domaine du Seminaire is a family-owned organic vineyard that spans across 60 hectares in Valréas, Cote du Rhone. The wine-making process at the vineyard is heavily influenced by biodynamic methods, wherein the team references the lunar calendar throughout the vinification process. 

The wine reveals fresh and vibrant red fruits on the nose, which are also reflected on the palate along with a touch of candied strawberries at the end. The finish is rather light compared to many other Cote du Rhone wines, with a touch of saline finish. This makes it enjoyable even on warmer days.
